You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
AI-generated content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5. AI/Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate responses, images, and other content.
AI output is for informational and entertainment purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI-generated content. Use at your own risk.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

Some features require a paid subscription or purchase.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
Refund Policy: No refunds are provided except as required by law. We offer free credits/features for users to try the Service before purchasing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the paid period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSynix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatSynix, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Razorpay, SMTP/email). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of these third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
